Spokane Shuts Out Phoenix, 11-0

Doyle Alexander of the Spokane Indians put the clamps on the opposition and held the Phoenix Giants scoreless in a 4-hit win.

"He's got some good stuff, but we should have done better than that," said Phoenix skipper <Ken Hernandez:coach#266> after the 11-0 loss.

Alexander was on target most of the game and finished with 9 strikeouts and no walks.

This season, Alexander has worked 102 innings with 62 strikeouts en route to a 9-4 record and a 2.65 ERA.
