The Atlanta Braves have been engaged in discussions with the New York Yankees about making a trade. Some issue has apparently kept Atlanta from sealing the deal. Insiders report, however, that both sides seem determined to work out their differences.
Atlanta is 36-44 through 80 games, placing them 4th in their division. New York is 50-32.
